HIGH-PERFORMANCE TRAINING
Our high-performance training will get you physically and mentally ready for competition. The training will focus on developing skill and strategy as well as pushing your physical fitness while growing as a team.
NOTE:

Three terms a year
1st Term: January to March
2nd Term: April to June
3rd Term: September to December

March break camps, summer camps and winter camps are also available;

The training fees are required to be paid latest a week before each session. New students must pay a one-time registration fee of $25 (with a free team shirt)
MAKE UP POLICY:
Three make-up lessons are available per term. Training fees are non-refundable after the class is attended.
Notice: All lessons follow a strict Make Up & Refund policy!
